CRM360 Not Displaying Credit Balances Properly for Cancelled Orders

CRM360 does not display credit balances for cancelled orders. We feel if a customer has a legitimate credit balance as a result of a legitimate payment we feel this balance should be displayed in CRM360. Currently, credits display for some items like over payments, but not when an order is cancelled. Does anyone else feel this is important?
